Use your favorite Internet mapper - we're on Arlington between the intersection with Route 111 / Massachusetts Avenue, and the commuter rail track. We're next to the track, across the street from Savoury Lane deli.
Public Transport
OK, we're not in Cambridge anymore. Best you can do is take the MBTA Commuter Rail to South Acton station (from North Station, on the Fitchburg line...). Walk (or bring your bike) up Central street, away from Main Street (Route 27), until you reach Mass. Ave. (Route 111), the first traffic light. Go through the light, and turn right almost immediately on Arlington, we're the green duplex on the right, just up the block and before you cross the train track. It's perhaps 1.5 miles from the station to the house - 10-12 minutes by bike, 20-30 on foot?

I haven't re-written these yet. Call or mail for directions ;-).
From Boston come out Route 2 to Route 111 (diverging left-exit a mile after the Concord/Acton Rotary). Approximately 1.5 miles west of Route 2, West Acton Villiage is at the second traffic light, just after you cross the train tracks. Turn right on Central Street, then immediately right on Arlington. Skip to the Once You're Here directions below.
Coming from south/west, take 495N to exit 28, Route 111. Go east (inbound; left at the end of the ramp and past the Mobil station) through Boxborough and Acton for about 3.7 miles. After coming over a small hill, you'll reach the first traffic light at Central. Turn left, then immediately right on Arlington Street. Continue with "Once You're Here" below.
Coming from the west if it's convenient to come in Route 2, proceed east (SE) past 495 to exit 41, Central Street / Newtown Road. Take that exit and turn right at the bottom onto Central Street (may be called Newtown Road for the first couple of hundred feet). In a mile or a bit more you'll pass Idlewild Farm Stand on the right and cross the train tracks. A half-mile later turn left on Arlington Street, just before the traffic light at Route 111 (Mass. Ave.). Contine with "Once You're Here" below.
From the north/east, if you're coming down 495S, it's pretty much a toss-up: either continue to Route 111 and follow "from south/west" above, or take route 2 east per the "from the west" section above.
Once You're Here
We're the green duplex on the right, just up the block and before you cross the train track. There are two gravel driveways, if possible park in the one closer to the house. If there is no space, there's public street parking around the block on Mass. Ave. (route 111). Or, after hours, park in the bank parking lot next door to us and come ask us what to do with the car.
